The Systemic Resonance Framework™
Alongside my coaching practice, I am developing the Systemic Resonance Framework™ as a working conceptual map — not a fixed methodology or a step-by-step process to follow.
The map offers a way to explore what may be happening within ourselves, between People, within structures and across wider systems. It connects Awareness, Attunement, Coherence and Systemic Impact as a developmental lens — a way of looking, not a sequence to complete.
Its purpose is to make patterns and relationships visible enough to illuminate possibilities, without fixing anyone into a predetermined shape. The Framework can provide clarity, but it does not claim to define the whole territory. Systemic impact, when it happens, is conditional rather than guaranteed.
The framework emerged from Emanuele's background in technology and leadership practice and was developed during an Action Learning Project at the UCD Innovation Academy. It is an attempt to bring Coaching, Design Thinking, Systems Thinking and Emotional Intelligence into dialogue, not to replace them.
It remains a working model in active development: experimental, continuously evolving and offered for critical review rather than presented as a validated or certified methodology.
Systemic Resonance Compass™
A reflective space and orientation tool for conscious, systemic leadership — designed to sit alongside the ways of working you already use, not replace them.
The Resonance Compass was developed during Emanuele's Action Learning Project at the UCD Innovation Academy as an experimental tool for reflective leadership.
Where the Framework offers a map, the Compass offers orientation. It is not here to tell anyone where to go. It is an invitation to pause, notice, question, explore and potentially expand perspective. It can help create space to become more aware of where we are, what we are experiencing, what surrounds us, how different parts of a system may be connected, what assumptions or patterns may be shaping our view, and what possibilities might become visible when we look again.
The Compass does not interpret reality on behalf of the person. It does not provide answers, make decisions or replace human judgement. The person remains the one who observes, reflects, interprets, explores and decides. The technology can facilitate the space in which that process happens.
The project reflects an interest in leadership that is not only effective, but human, adaptive and capable of responding to the wider systems it operates within. This becomes particularly relevant when organisations are navigating challenges such as sustainability, organisational change, culture, technology and the evolving relationship between People and the systems they work within.
Free preview · Experimental · Continuously evolving
The Framework is the map. The Compass is the orientation. The human being remains at the centre of the journey.
The map offers clarity. The compass offers fluidity. Together, they create space for conscious exploration.
The intention is not to turn human development into a technology product, but to explore whether technology can create new spaces for reflection while keeping human awareness, relationships and judgement at the centre.
Open to collaboration
Beyond 1:1 coaching, Emanuele is open to exploring new forms of collaboration and experimentation.
One idea he is particularly interested in exploring is a Resonance Lab — a small-group experimental space built around his Working Model and the Compass he has developed.
The intention is to bring together small groups of people to experiment with these ideas in practice, observe what emerges, learn from the experience, and continue evolving the model.
This is not a finished methodology. It is an invitation to experiment, explore, and discover together.
